This art event took place on Copenhagen Culture Night at Laterna Magica, Museum for Visual Knowledge, Copenhagen. It was also the grand opening of the museum.
Stateless Mind explored diasporic connections and experiences of hybridity that exists in having multiple cultural heritages through South East Asian Artists and diaspora living in the Nordic Countries. The event which included performances, video screening and photography also witnessed the launch of statelessmind.com - the web archive that collects materials submitted by a cross-disciplinary network of artists, curators, scholars and researchers whose work revolves around Southeast Asia diaspora, art, and culture. It also serves as a platform for generating new forms for collaboration and activities among different practitioners.
